King Krule Announces Space Heavy, Shares Video for New Song “Seaforth”: Watch

Archy Marshall returns with his first studio album since 2020’s Man Alive!

King Krule has announced a new album: Archy Marshall’s follow-up to 2020’s Man Alive! is called Space Heavy, and it arrives June 9 via Matador. He’s shared the new single “Seaforth,” which arrives with a new music video directed by Jocelyn Anquetil. The video features some very cute dogs. Watch it below.

Marshall wrote his new album from 2020 to 2022 in London and Liverpool. It’s a record inspired by the idea of “the space between,” and it was recorded in collaboration with producer Dilip Harris, saxophonist Ignacio Salvadores, drummer George Bass, bassist James Wilson, and guitarist Jack Towell.

On July 22, King Krule is performing at this year’s Pitchfork Music Festival at Chicago’s Union Park. Tickets are available now.
