El-P and Killer Mike are turning their long-time collaboration (El-P produced all of R.A.P. Music, Killer Mike appeared on Cancer for Cure) into a more formal partnership: a new project under the name Run the Jewels. They've been dropping hints about a joint album together for a while, and now they've shared a 90-second snippet of a song called "Banana Clipper" (above). It may be a bit until an album is complete or the two hit the road together-- Killer Mike is on tour with Big Boi until July.
